Aesthetics Clinic Booking Policy Appointments All treatments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or directly with the clinic. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment. Late arrivals may still be charged the full treatment fee.
