Course Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment or Klarna instalment agreement is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Orders are only captured (fulfilled) once the service has been delivered:

Online courses: upon granting access
In-person courses: on the scheduled training date

2. Course Format

We offer both online and in-person professional beauty training courses.

Online courses provide immediate access after purchase.

In-person courses are delivered within 30 days of booking.

3. Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course requirements.

We reserve the right to withhold certification if course standards are not met.

4. Student Responsibility

Students must:

Attend scheduled training sessions
Complete required practical or theory work
Follow health and safety procedures

5. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the course fee paid.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
