Course Refund Policy
1. Digital / Online Courses
Due to the digital nature of our online courses, access to course materials is provided immediately after purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by purchasing an online course and accessing the materials, you agree to waive your 14-day cooling-off period.
Once course access has been granted, refunds cannot be issued unless required by law.

2. In-Person Training Courses
For in-person courses, you may cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, provided the course date is more than 14 days away.
If the course is scheduled within 14 days of booking, you agree that the service may begin within this period and cancellation rights may be reduced.
If you cancel:
• More than 14 days before the course date: Full refund
• 7–14 days before the course date: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the course date: No refund
You may request to reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice.

3. Klarna Payments
If you paid using Klarna, any approved refunds will be processed back to Klarna and your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.
