Aesthetics Clinic Booking Policy
Appointments
All treatments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or directly with the clinic. A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments to ensure suitability and safety.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment. Late arrivals may still be charged the full treatment fee.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Medical Information
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancy before treatment. Certain treatments may not be suitable depending on your medical history.
Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments unless otherwise approved following a consultation.
Results & Aftercare
Results vary from person to person. Aftercare advice will be provided and must be followed carefully to ensure optimal results and minimise risks.
Payments
Payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer (depending on clinic policy).
Right to Refuse Treatment
The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the best interest of the client.

Bookings with Klarna
Booking, Deposit, Cancellation & Klarna Payment Policy
Booking & Deposits
All appointments must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are used to reserve your appointment time and cover administrative and clinical preparation costs.
Consultation Requirement
Some treatments require a consultation prior to treatment. This ensures the treatment is safe, appropriate, and clinically suitable based on your medical history and expectations.
The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interest.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking deposit.

If you cancel with sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment booked within 30 days.

Repeated late cancellations may require full payment at the time of booking.

Payments & Klarna
We accept payments via card, cash, bank transfer, or through Klarna where available.
When choosing Klarna, you enter into a separate payment agreement directly with Klarna. All payment schedules, instalments, and payment obligations are managed by Klarna.
The clinic is not responsible for any late payment fees, declined applications, or payment issues related to Klarna.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, treatments and services are non-refundable once performed.
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be issued via the original payment method, including Klarna where applicable.
Medical Information & Consent
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and pregnancy status prior to treatment. Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in treatment being declined or discontinued.
A consent form will be required before treatment.
Age Policy
In accordance with UK regulations, clients must be 18 years or older to receive injectable aesthetic treatments.
Results Disclaimer
Results from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals. No outcome can be guaranteed.
Right to Refuse Treatment
The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate, unsafe, or not aligned with ethical practice.
