Cancellation Policy
Aesthetics Clinic Booking Policy Appointments All treatments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or directly with the clinic. A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments to ensure suitability and safety. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment. Late arrivals may still be charged the full treatment fee. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Medical Information Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancy before treatment. Certain treatments may not be suitable depending on your medical history. Age Requirement Clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments unless otherwise approved following a consultation. Results & Aftercare Results vary from person to person. Aftercare advice will be provided and must be followed carefully to ensure optimal results and minimise risks. Payments Payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer (depending on clinic policy). Right to Refuse Treatment The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the best interest of the client. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this booking policy.
